You will love the large, inviting, open kitchen and great room with cathedral ceilings and sweeping views of Lynch Hollow cove! Enjoy any meal at the beautiful farm house table or go outside to the deck to enjoy a closer view of the lake. Happy hour? Gentle steps down to the lake to enjoy a drink on the martini deck that hangs right over the water or go for a swim right off the private dock in this protected, no wake cove. Renting a boat or jet ski? Open slips await your watercraft so you can keep them overnight and enjoy even more time on the lake! Check out Frankie & Louie's Boat Rental. Rainy day? Relax in the 3-seasons room or challenge your friends to a game of ping pong. Wanting a quick bite or a cocktail on the beach? Just walk down to Franky & Louie's. Want to eat at home? Grill on the deck in the afternoon shade, still steps from the water.

Our property is protected by 3 exterior cameras. One by each door on the main level and one on the deck that looks out to the dock.

Great family getaway

The house was very nice, well kept up. It was in a great location and had enough space for the 5 of us to be comfortable. Very nice amenities. Wish we had more than 5 days there!

Birthday weekend

We rented the lakeside home to celebrate a few family birthdays. Home was perfect for 6 but can accommodate several more. It’s spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Would highly recommend to others.

Lake of the Ozarks Vacation

This home was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and very well stocked kitchen with utensils, pans etc. We loved the dock with the covered boat slip. We played cards on the dock and dipped in the lake! And had ping pong tournaments! We will be back!

Golf getaway for 8

The house design suited us perfectly with a large open kitchen-dining-living room where we could eat and play games at the table or relax on the couch. Our host’s golf course recommendations were awesome. We loved all 4 courses and plan to make this an annual event. 5 stars from all of us.

Family friendly stay

The property exceeded our expectations. The location is in a nice and quiet cove with easy access to the water. Our group included twin one year olds which the property was able to accommodate comfortably. I'm also grateful for how responsive the property management was. Anytime we needed to communicate they responded immediately. It was also wonderful having the two boat slips available to us. Although, if you decide to rent a boat, make sure your comfortable parking it as the cove is pretty tight where the slip is. All in all, this was a great experience. Probably the best rental property we've stayed at and would certainly recommend.

We stayed here twice. It's that good.

I wrote a long review last year after staying at this beautiful VRBO. (Look for "Jaci G." from summer 2022) Everything holds true that I said in the previous review. Before check-in, you will get a list that will tell you what is provided and what you need to bring. That is really helpful. There were some crazy storms that shut the power down while we were there. We informed Anne and she was on it right away. Such great communication with the owners. I can't say enough great things about this VRBO. Thank you!

August Summer Vacation

House itself is great. The set up is nice for a large group with an open living and dining area with enough space for the whole family. The dock is great and the bar with fridge is perfect for spending the day on the lake. The kayaks, paddle board, and Maui mats were a great bonus. The provided stock and toiletry items were very minimal. House sleeps 10, only 6 bath towels were provided for a 5 night stay. Kitchen also had only 2 kitchen towels and 2 wash rags. Days prior to the stay, a welcome packet is sent outlining these limited items which needs to be signed. Overall the house is great and is located near many fun activities, but make sure to pack a lot of your daily essentials.

nice house, but not a nice host

This house is an excellent location and is very well decorated. It also has a great dock and amenities provided by the owners to enjoy a lake weekend. That being said, I was extremely disappointed in the way the owners treated my group. Initially, to book I had to provide a copy of my ID to prove my age, then later before checking in, they called me and said that because my group looked “younger” they wanted to make sure I respected their home. Then, upon the first day after being nothing but respectful of their home and rules, they repeatedly called me at 8:30PM on a Saturday, while we were not even at the home, wrongly accusing me of doing various things because a woman in my group’s husband stopped by for 20 minutes earlier and said they were watching us on the house cameras. I wouldn’t recommend this house if you’re wanting privacy during your weekend getaway.

One time stay , won’t be back

Booking was easy , initial communication was great . Weeks after booking and less then 2 weeks from check in , they will send over additional rules and stipulations that include extra charges . They want it signed . My opinion is that this infor should of been provided at booking . Access is difficult as the road to the house is extremely narrow . Jet skies rub the trees pulling them through . Owners will show up at checkout time and look at their watch and be rude as they are collecting 10.00 for every 5 minutes past checkout. I informed the owner of an injury that occurred on his property due to a dangerous and loudly designed low overhang , he wouldn’t even respond to it . There are tons of houses on the lake to rent , I go there 4 times a year . I would steer clear if this one !!

Nice place for families

This is our 4th year coming to this house for a week on the lake. The location can’t be beat with deep water in a quiet cove and easy access to restaurants and grocery store. The dock is stocked w fun floaties, a high dive, kayaks and SUP. However, the overall condition of the house has gone down significantly since our first visit… deck furniture has seen better days, linens are threadbare, scalded pots and pans etc.

Fun Weekend Retreat

The Cove Retreat was lovely. Nice large living room and dining room plus outdoor dining option, and plenty of room to spread out with three bathrooms, and four bedrooms! Although we didn’t utilize it, there’s a dock with a kayak available plus a fire pit. Beds were comfy, kitchen was large, well stocked, and easy to set food out to eat buffet style! Perfect for large groups – – there were seven of us!

Family vacation

Very peaceful cove. Amenities are close by and caught a few fish also! House was clean and had movies and a ping pong table for the rainy days. Very relaxing setting.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities

We had 6 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room in this beautiful house. The location is awesome, close to Frankie & Louie's as well as close to Woods grocery store. It has a large dock with plenty of furniture as well as kayaks and a paddle boat. We had a great weekend!

Great getaway

We stayed the weekend between Christmas and New Years as a little family getaway. The property is at the end of the road so we liked the privacy. It’s right on the water and in warm weather would be great for outdoor entertainment. The home was as shown-it worked great for us and our children/grandchildren. Communication with owners was timely and helpful. I would definitely book this home again.

3rd year and coming back for Four!

This was our 3rd year staying at this property for our annual lake trip and we’ve already booked for next summer. The proximity to grocery store, restaurants, marina while still being on a peaceful cove perfect for swimming is great. The house has everything we need for our family of 5 plus grandparents and an Aunt.

We are both teachers living in St. Louis who love Lake of the Ozarks. We purchased a condo in Osage Beach in 2013. We had several summers of wonderful memories but realized the condo was getting a little small so we sold it in 2019. We purchased this home in Spring of 2021 and we are ready to enjoy the summer here and also share it with you!

We love this house because of the proximity to the water! The no-wake cove is perfect for swimming and water sports and is safe for all ages. The big dock is awesome for soaking up some sun, diving off the diving boards, sliding into the water, tying up your rental boat or jet ski, and many other things. We also loved the open great room and the views of the lake.
