The attachment

The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role. Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the full variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

About the Caldana apartment:

The apartment on the upper floor is highly valued by many guests for its overwhelming view, which they can enjoy from the large balcony with outdoor sofa, large dining area and loungers. Inside, it is characterized by an enormous room height and therefore room volume (ridge height over 4m), great brightness and fresh colors of furnishings and art. Two large bedrooms, each with direct access to the private bathroom. Large living room with fireplace, separate dining area with half-open, very well-equipped kitchen with a view of the landscape.

Great apartment with stunning view

Quiet and beautiful location, well equipped apartment with great balcony with a beautiful view. Wonderful pool in well kept surroundings. Friendly and accomodating host who seemed genuinely interested in the well being of his guests. The house appears as when it was renovated in 2001 and could use some modernisation.

Einerseits befindet sich das Landgut in einer wirklich idyllischen Lage, andererseits muss man ca. 30min bis zum Strand oder bspw. nach Castiglione della Pescaia (ein sehr schöner Ort!) fahren. Das Landgut strahlt viel toskanischen Charme aus, allerdings ist das Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schade ist auch, dass man das Landgut nur mit Auto verlassen kann, da es nur an einer Hauptstraße ohne Fußweg (oder sonstige Wege drumherum) befindet.Die Müllentsorgung war eine leichte Herausforderung, da sich viele Containermittlerweile nur mit einer Karte, die man scannen muss, öffnen ließen. Diese Karte lag aber noch nicht vor. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr gut. Bei einem kleinen Problem hat er sofort geholfen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Der Colle di Diacciono ist wunderschön auf einem Hügel gelegen mit traumhaftem Blick in die Südtoskana. Unsere Wohnung Caldana war sehr großzügig geschnitten, sodass es auch mit zwei Teenagern gut auszuhalten war. Die gesamte Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Auch an heißen Tagen kann man es durch die Hügellage dort sehr gut aushalten. Für uns war der Balkon durch seine Größe und die tollen Blicke ein Highlight.

Erholung pur!

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im 1. OG. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sensationell (entspricht der Beschreibung) und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden (was nicht immer der Fall ist). Die Vorab-Informationen des Vermieters sowie die Info-Mappe in der Wohnung sind prima. Es gibt eine Osteria in ca. 800m Entfernung. Es ist schade, dass man diese nicht zu Fuß erreichen kann (oder wir haben den Fußweg nicht gefunden...) . Ansonsten benötigt man immer ein Auto,, aber das weiß man im Vorfeld. Dafür hat man diese tolle Ruhe auf dem Hügel.

Sehr schöne Anlage auf einem kleinen Hügel. Tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung . Wir haben die Zeit auf dem Balkon mit der tollen Aussicht sehr genossen. Wunderschöner Pool und herausragende Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Alles perfekt!
