Getting Around:

Palm Desert places you at the center of the valley — close enough to El Paseo's restaurants and galleries (under 10 minutes by car), convenient to the casinos, and connected to the hiking and cycling that make the desert worth visiting beyond the golf course. Indian Wells and Rancho Mirage are both within 15 minutes.

License #STR2023-0333 Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.



An arrival email will be sent the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
