Holiday Home "Villa Sultan 12" with Pool

Located in a quiet area just outside the centre of Conil de la Frontera, the Sultan 12 holiday home is suitable for families and large groups who are looking for a holiday with lots of privacy. The modern holiday home has a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 people. The comfortable accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a television. The highlight is the outdoor area including a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals freshly and the well-kept garden. The fenced pool area (open all year round), which is provided with sun loungers and outdoor showers, provides relaxation and refreshment on hot days. Here you can relax and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The centre of Conil is only 1.7 km and a 22-minute walk away and a supermarket is 900 m from the accommodation. The nearest beach with deep blue water and fine sand, Playa de los Bateles, is 2.5 km from the Villa Sultan 12.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Youth groups are allowed, but must sign an extra contract and provide their passport number.

In agreement with the local authorities, all guests must leave their identification data and sign a contract. Visits from outside persons during the stay are prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the termination of the contract.

A security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival, which will be refunded in the same way upon departure.

Late check-out is available on request for an extra cost.

The property accepts a maximum of 2 pets up to 15kg.

Firewood for the fireplace is not included.
