Cozy holiday home with a tiled stove

The house (70sqm) is ideal for 4 to 7 people. On the upper floor are the 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room is a sofa bed on which the 7th Person can stay. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. In the basement you will find a small bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate. Cooking and eating utensils, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator available. TV in the living room. Sufficient parking spaces available. Thanks to the tiled stove and kitchen stove with firewood and pellet firing, the house provides a homely flair. Tip: Restaurants in Lassing can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The house is located on the driveway to the Hochkar ski area, 1 minute to the bus station, in the immediate vicinity is the entrance to the Lassing cross-country ski run. Summer vacationers can also reach the entrance to the Mendlingtal adventure world in a few minutes on foot.

Ein wirklich kuscheliges Quartier mit liebevollen Details – ideal gelegen am Fuß des Hochkars, perfekt für unsere zahlreichen Ausflüge. Der Garten mit Feuerstelle und kleinem Spielplatz war ein Highlight für die ganze Familie. Der Gastgeber war supernett und hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung. Besonders praktisch: das Bäcker-Service! Selbst spät abends konnten wir telefonisch bestellen und morgens wurde frisch geliefert – mit großer Auswahl. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
