The open concept living area features a cathedral ceiling and hardwood floors that lead to an expanded rear deck overlooking a peaceful lagoon - a quiet setting for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The living area has a 65" Smart TV.
The rear deck features a propane gas grill and dining table that seats six guests.
A complete kitchen renovation features stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, custom cabinets and quartz counter tops. Amenities include a convenient breakfast table that seats four and a laundry closet creating a space that is both functional and beautiful.
Our villa offers a fabulous retreat for families seeking comfort and style. There are three large bedrooms that can comfortably sleep eight guests.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor. Bedroom 1 overlooks the rear patio and lagoon. It has a king size bed, 55" Smart TV and full bath with a tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two double beds, 43" Smart TV and full bath with a walk-in shower.
There is one bedroom upstairs. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, 50" Smart TV and full bath with a combination tub/shower. This bedroom includes a work station and small game room with a 55" Smart TV and Play Station.
Our guests have free access to Calibogue Club's community pool and 3 tennis courts which are less than a one minute walk from our front door.
Rent includes five free bikes for the duration of your vacation.
Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.
