Sea Pines is a gated community that is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include beautiful beaches, championship golf courses and tennis courts, miles of pedestrian and bike paths, a 600 acre nature preserve and an equestrian stable.

Plantation Club is conveniently located in the center of Sea Pies close to the beach and the many amenities of Harbour Town.

Our villa overlooks the Plantation Golf Club - home of 2 championship golf courses - Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes. The Plantation Clubhouse features Fraser's Tavern, a fabulous restaurant and bar overlooking the golf course. It is only a 2 minute walk from our villa.

Our villa is a five minute walk to Sea Pines public beach,and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, great dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. If you prefer a pool, one of Plantation Club's two community pools is only 100 feet from our front door. It's a great alternative to a day at the beach.

If you want to explore Sea Pines' many miles of pedestrian paths, we provide the use of 2 free bikes with locks during your stay. Additional bikes can be rented at the Sea Pines Bicycle Shop adjacent to the property.

Our villa is close to Harbour Town with its scenic Yacht Basin, iconic lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Golfers can play Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, one of the most popular stops on the PGA Tour. Tennis enthusiasts can play on 23 championships clay courts at the Sea Pines Racquet Club, rated one of the nation's best teaching facilities.

Harbour Town is a unique venue for enjoying Hilton Head's sunset and million dollar yachts in the marina. Famous restaurants like the Quarterdeck Bar and Grill and the Crazy Crab are just a few minutes away with fabulous water views.

Our villa is an 1,800 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse conveniently located on the 9th green of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. Enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point golf courses from our rear patio. It is a one minute walk to the Plantation Golf Center where you can play both courses.

The main floor of our villa includes a spacious living room and dining area leading to the rear patio, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and guest bathroom. There are three large bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, 32" smart TV, full bath with walk-in shower and balcony overlooking the golf course. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, 32" smart TV and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, 32" smart TV and a full bath with a combination tub / shower.

Our villa will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to purchase are food and beverages for your vacation.
