Traditional country house with private pool, fully equipped summer kitchen and marvellous views of the countryside. This lovely finca Mara is set in the tranquil countryside between Santanyi, Campos and Cas Concos and offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The finca Mara enjoys complete privacy on extensive grounds. The village Cas Concos is only 5 kilometers away. This picturesque village offers some fine restaurants, bakery and a small supermarket. The nice sandy beaches of Cala Mondrago and Cala d'Or are in 20 minutes reach by car. The village of Santanyi is also in close reach and offers a very popular market on Saturdays, shopping facilities and a number of restaurants. At 13 kilometers distance is Cala Santanyi with a nice sandy beach.


The Finca Mara offers plenty of space and is furnished in the traditional style of Mallorca.

Ground floor:
Living room with satellite television, dining room with exit to the porch, fully equipped kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which en-suite.

First floor:
Comfortable living room with two sofas, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and nice views of the countryside. All bedrooms are fitted with fans.


The Finca Mara offers very nice and extensive grounds. There is a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ, fridge, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and more at the poolside and another shaded terrace behind the house, ideal to enjoy a lazy breakfast. There are lawns to play for the kids and a ping pong table. There is a lockable gate towards the pool area, which makes it safe for toddlers and children.

Linen and towel change only on request. This service will be charged with 50,00 €, payable on site.
Air-condition is 2024 not yet included and can be booked on site at a rate of 20,00 € per day (it will be included from 2025 on).
The use of heating is optional and not included in the rental price. It is charged according to consumption and can be booked on site and paid for in cash.
A deposit of 300,00 € will be charged on arrival and will be returned on departure after the house has been checked by the owner.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked
Final cleaning is charged with 180,00 € per stay.
