Finca Bibiana in Pollensa

Cosy and comfortable finca, fitted in a traditional country style and in walking distance to Pollensa. Finca Bibiana has been recently renovated to high standards and offers a private pool, large terraces, outdoor kitchen and nice gardens.

Finca Bibiana is set in an exclusive residential area and in walking distance to the town centre, restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities etc. The narrow cobbled alleys of Pollensa are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Bibiana has been furnished in the traditional country house style and offers a large, open-plan living area with American style kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one twin bedroom with with shower en-suite and a separate bathroom with shower. Two more bedrooms, one double, one twin, are on the first floor and are sharing one shower room. Air-conditioning throughout on a timer.

Finca Bibiana offers splendid gardens, a beautiful pool and two large terraces. The covered terrace at the poolside is fitted with an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table, the porch at the house is funished with comfortable lounge furniture.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
