In addition, the paradisiacal beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicente await you just 8 kilometres away, where you can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea.



Designed for your maximum comfort and relaxation, our holiday home invites you to enjoy its spacious areas. On the ground floor, distributed across various levels, you will find a double living room ideal for family or friends gatherings, a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area and a private swimming pool with a furnished terrace, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. A bathroom with an outdoor shower allows you to refresh yourself after a dip in the pool or a tennis match on the villa's private court.



On the first floor, four welcoming rooms await you, three of them with an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms offer the comfort of a bathtub, while the other has a shower. For your comfort, two of the rooms are equipped with double beds, while the other two offer single beds.



Beyond the comforts of our villa, we invite you to explore the charming town of Pollensa. Let yourself be carried away by the charm of its cobblestone streets in the old town, climb the 365 steps of Calvary and admire the impressive views of the town and the bay. On the ground floor, the covered porch offers ample space for outdoor dining, the 8 x 4 m pool with built-in steps and the brick barbecue complete the exterior.



The villa has WiFi throughout the premises. All rooms are air-conditioned with a timer.



A car is essential when booking this property. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.



The tourist tax is included in the price.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
