The holiday home “Casa Beramendi” is located in a beautiful housing complex in Torremolinos, close to the beach. The 2-storey property consists of a big living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, also including an office, 4 bedrooms (all with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite for the main bedroom) and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television. Furthermore, the property boasts a private balcony, connected to the living room, and a terrace connected to the main room, where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee. There are also 2 patios in the building, which are available for your use. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket are only 10 minutes away on foot. This is the perfect accommodation for golf enthusiasts as 2 golf courses are located nearby - Miguel Ángel jiménez Golf Academy is 500 m from the property (approximately 4 minutes on foot) and Parador Málaga Golf is 3.2 km away (a 5-minute drive). Next to Parador Málaga Golf you will also find the shopping centre Plaza Mayor.



Casa Beramendi is located in a quiet area and perfectly connected to all the points of interest in the area. There is a local train station (La Colina) less than 5 minutes away on foot, which connects you to the airport, the Maria Zambrano station in Malaga or Malaga Centre. Fuengirola is also accessible from this same stop. There is also a bus stop where lines connect with Marbella or Estepona.

An olympic pool is also approximately 5 minutes away by car. The beautiful beach Playa Alejandro Cerdán also awaits your visit just a short walk away.



The entrance to the house is on street level.

There is another apartment on the ground floor, however, it has a separate entrance.
