Welcome to the Carrboro Downtown Gathering House — a newly remodeled, spotless 4BR retreat with all-new, modern furniture. Just steps from downtown Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and UNC. Sleeps 9 in beds (king suite, queen room, quad bunk room) plus 4 on two queen pull-out sofas. Enjoy a screened-in porch, fenced yard with corn hole, fully stocked kitchen, three 65" TVs, a dedicated workspace, and easy parking for groups and families.

Welcome to this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home just one block from Main Street in Carrboro, perfect for families and groups. The entire house has been freshly updated with new paint, furniture, lighting, and plumbing fixtures, offering a clean, modern, and comfortable stay.
The home sleeps up to 13 guests:
- 9 guests in beds
- 4 additional guests on two queen sleeper sofas
Living & Gathering Spaces
The front living room features a large new sofa (queen sleeper), three swivel chairs, and a 65" Roku TV, making it a great place to relax together. A second pass-through living space also includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing for flexible sleeping and lounging options.
The dining room seats 6–8 guests, and the kitchen breakfast nook seats up to 4.
