Exec Townhome W/ EV Car Charger

Centrally located in Durham between UNC and Duke campuses. Two different Go Triangle & Chapel Hill Transit buses stop in front of the townhome and go directly to both campuses.

This 2200 sq foot craftsman style townhome has a living room and separate upstairs den, both with large TVs. 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.

The garage has an Electric EV car Charger installed for charging your EV vehicle.

8 Minutes to Streets of Southpoint mall. Stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.

The townhome has two spacious living room / den areas on both first and second floors along with 3 bedrooms and 1 small sitting room with a futon and a door to make it private.

The master suite is located on first floor and has a king bed and private bathroom with a luxury steam shower. The washer and dryer are located in the master suite bathroom closet.

The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share a jack and jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

You also have the small sitting room with a futon bed and privacy door upstairs.

The downstairs has a half bathroom, master bedroom with bath, kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs has a family room with large TV and seating, 2 bedrooms and 1 sitting room.

There is a courtyard in the back - with a privacy fence.

The garage opens into the courtyard and has a ev car charger installed.

Townhome was in great condition and very very clean. The location to Durham and Carrboro allowed for easy access to both cities. We loved the automatic fireplace and outside grill.

Wonderful place and location. Beds were comfy, kitchen literally jas everything you would need. Huge tvs as well. Would stay again for sure. Perfect location by UNC

The property was nicely decorated and for the most part very clean. The washer had some hair to be cleaned out but that was the only cleaning to be done. We had some issues lighting the fireplace but they were able to fix the problem while we were there 😊. All in all a very relaxing experience and would definitely go back!

I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it. I am deeply passionate about traveling and exploring different properties and areas, which fuels my love for this profession even more.
