Wonderful apartment conveniently located to the airport, Portland, and various destinations with the Washington/Oregon region. It's also within walking distance of downtown Vancouver and all its charming shops, cafés, and restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the kitchen well-stocked with dining and cooking essentials, and the hosts very responsive to questions. A great "base camp" from which to explore!

We arrived late in the evening around 10pm and after a long day on the road, we hoped for a smooth entry and the host delivered. Instructions to enter the unit and access WiFi were clear and straightforward. Thermostat was at a nice 75F to help with the chill outside.Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work which the host did inform us ahead of time. It seem the did in earnest try to have it repaired in time so I appreciate the attempt and the communication. Everything else lights, appliances, furniture, plumbing were in good order. While we didn't use it much, the kitchen was well stocked with tools including glass lunch containers! Wonderful touch in this tight economy. Thanks to our hosts for making use feel like welcome guests.

Property was very clean and overall comfortable. The provided air mattress for additional sleeping space, however, did keep deflating significantly at night which was a little unfortunate, and also having the AC unit in the living room caused any individuals sleeping there to be much colder while the bedroom was significantly warmer (and wouldn’t be able to close the door at all if wanted). Offering a fan as an additional option in the bedroom, however, would be nice to have. But again, overall everything was comfortable, clean, and we will definitely consider rebooking next time in the area!

cons would be that there’s no AC in the room which makes it incredibly hard to sleep. the bathtub also is chipping paint any time i tried to use the bathtub the floor would peel off and little pieces would be floating around and get stuck to my skin. the hot water also never lasted over 5 minutes the whole week i stayed there which lead to some cold showers. there were also hairs in the shower upon arrival. the host also sent me some rude messages after checkout because i didn’t takeout the trash for her even though im paying a cleaning fee and this place wasn’t cheap.. the host also accused me of smoking inside when i never did and on the ring cameras she has on the front door she would be able to see me going outside to smoke anytime i did. but besides that the location is good

I’m sorry your stay was less than great. We want all of our guest to enjoy their stay. I’m not sure what was going on with the white flakes you mentioned but we will address it. The checkout instructions are minimal. We do ask that you take the garbage out. Our hope is you at least pick up your garbage and put it in a garbage bag, not leave it along with dirty dishes in the nightstand drawers and all over the bedroom. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to try and improve.

My stay was excellent. Rented the property for Father's Day weekend 2026 The property was in excellent shape, very well stocked with everything I could ever want or need. Spacey, Warm, excellent communication with the host and actually added an extra day. Hated to leave 5 STARSSteven H and Son.
