Year around Fun! Enjoy the summer warm sun or the cosy sauna during the winter! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to beautiful downtown Vancouver. Easy freeway access to Portland. Only 17 minutes from Portland International airport. Close in to college and hospital. Pet friendly.

We offer 10% discount to returning customers.

We gladly give back to those that have given so much. Military and first responders will receive 10% discount on all reservations, ID verification through secured VRBO messaging...Thank you for your service.

These above discounts only apply to the night fee not the VRBO fees/taxes or the additional pet/cleaning fees. Discounts cannot be combined, only one discount per stay. Discounts will be given in the form of a refund after the stay. Guests must request the discount in advance so i can adjust the refund on the Vrbo website.

We booked the Grand house over Christmas. It’s always tricky bringing the Christmas magic with you for your kids when having Christmas away. Well the Grand House brought the Christmas magic. I could not believe the details and decorations. Thank you so much Lyle for making our Christmas away so magical.

Great stay. Very clean. Excellent location. Parking space more than adequate. Great for pets because of the fenced yard. They were able to run around without issue or fear of them accidentally getting out. Neighborhood very quiet and walkable.

Perfect place for the pups and I. We were there for almost two weeks. There is a nice quiet lane behind the house to walk the dogs. And even a perk a view of the river in the distance. Lyle was a great host and was extremely helpful.

Really cute, clean house. It’s on a fairly busy road but noise was never a problem. The city center area is a quick 10 minute drive. The only negative was they were out of laundry detergent but everything else was great.

Felt like home

Property was in a great location and made us feel just at home! We had everything we needed and the experience/stay was great. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

It really is A Grand House.

This place was perfectly thought out! We came up from California to have a place where we could spend time with our kids and grand dog. We had just about everything we needed to cook, entertain, and hang out! There are views of the Columbia River from the porch. Nearby waterfalls to explore, as well as an awesome Main street with resurtants a bookstore, and even thrift shops.
