Year-round Fun! Enjoy the summer warm sun or the cosy sauna during the winter! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Close to beautiful downtown Vancouver. Easy freeway access to Portland. Only 17 minutes from Portland International Airport. Close to the college and the hospital. Pet-friendly.

Among the several VRBO promotions we offer (Early booking, last-minute booking, Mobile booking, member discounts), we also offer a 10% discount to returning customers. and a 10 % discount for Military and First Responders. ID verification through secured VRBO messaging...Thank you for your service.

These discounts apply only to the night fee, not to VRBO fees/taxes or additional pet/cleaning fees. Discounts cannot be combined; only one discount per stay. Discounts will be issued as refunds after the stay (not including VRBO promotional discounts). Guests must request the discount in advance so I can adjust the refund on the VRBO website.

This house in Vancouver was a great place to stay. The host has put a lot of thoughts into little things that made the place an easy place to be. One of the best stocked kitchens that i've had in a short term rental. Lot's of free parking on site. The location has easy access to downtown Vancouver and the waterfront district, and is not too far from PDX. We look forward to staying here again.

The house was exactly as described in the post. Very welcoming home with a fenced I yard which my dogs loved. We stayed there briefly because we were having work done on our own home but would recommend this house to any of our family coming into town!

Clean house with a good location and neighborhood. We liked that the front and backyard was fully fenced. The beds and pillows were comfy! Only slight downside since we had our baby with us was that you could definitely hear the road noise and the bedrooms were too bright at night since Grand Blvd is a main road. Overall would stay again though!

We booked the Grand house over Christmas. It’s always tricky bringing the Christmas magic with you for your kids when having Christmas away. Well the Grand House brought the Christmas magic. I could not believe the details and decorations. Thank you so much Lyle for making our Christmas away so magical.

The property itself was as described and the location was nice. Everything one could want was available to use and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch, even though we did not drink it. I had an issue with the cleanliness of the living room in particular. My daughter and I sat on the couch after arriving and both of us happen to be wearing dark colored tops. Within seconds we were covered (and I mean COVERED!) in dog hair. It was awful. I am a dog owner myself and appreciate that you allow pets in your rental, however if they are allowed on the furniture and inside in general one would expect a thorough cleaning of the house and furniture. Especially considering the hefty cleaning fee you charge in addition to asking guests to strip beds, run the dishwasher and take out the trash. I am not sure if this pet was the previous renters or the cleaning staffs, but there was no vacuuming of the carpet or couch in the living area. It was the dark spot on our stay at your otherwise lovely home.

Great stay. Very clean. Excellent location. Parking space more than adequate. Great for pets because of the fenced yard. They were able to run around without issue or fear of them accidentally getting out. Neighborhood very quiet and walkable.

Felt like home
