This spacious, open-concept home is designed for groups to gather comfortably while still offering plenty of room to spread out. Modern finishes and upscale furnishings create a clean, elevated feel that’s both stylish and welcoming—perfect for families and large groups.

- Four bedrooms on the lower level featuring 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a kids’ room with two queen bunk beds
- Fifth bedroom on the main level with a twin bed. Please note: this room can be cooler in winter and warmer in summer; however, it has its own dedicated heating and AC for your comfort
- Loft includes a queen-size pullout sofa
- Game room includes a king-size pullout sofa
- All sleeping areas are equipped with individual mini-split systems, allowing guests to control their own temperature for a comfortable night’s sleep

The entire home

PETS:
We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $150 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should not be left at home without the owner. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.
HOUSE RULES:

- NO SMOKING & NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc.) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself. Drug use and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited

- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Up to 14 guests and 4 cars are allowed to stay at the property.

- QUIET HOURS: Everyone should be indoors before 10pm.

- FURNITURE: Please try not to move furniture around as this can damage the floors and furniture pieces. If something must be moved please return it back to its original position before checkout.

- Primary guest should be 25 years old and above
