While we have regular professional pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small pests—especially outdoors—are possible and not uncommon in a natural setting. Refunds will not be issued for pest encounters or outdoor debris.

Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund.
