Unwind in New Smyrna Beach at this delightful condo. Featuring two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, it offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay. End unit with double private balcony and elevator access. On the N Causeway and a quick walk to Flagler Ave and multiple restaurants snd cafes. On the inter coastal so you can watch the dolphins play and watch the boats go by. Fire pit, Community room and beautiful pool. Entire complex refurbished 2022-2023 so it looks like new. Best location to enjoy everything NSB has to offer without sitting in traffic. No sea turtle restrictions to prevent you from enjoying your patio at night. Clubhouse has pool table , ping pong and frequent get togethers. In unit private washer /dryer 1135 sq feet

There are only 16 units in my building 75 in the entire complex refurbished Monthly rentals ensures it’s more like home instead of a hotel
