🌊 Late Summer Water Level Notice: Alabama Power manages Smith Lake and begins seasonal water drawdowns in mid-to-late August. During this period, lake levels drop and the water depth near our dock goes down to around 1–2 feet. Kayaking may still be possible depending on current conditions, but the water is not ideal for swimming.
