About the host
Hosted by Elisha
Hi! I’m Elisha. I grew up in San Francisco and later moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, giving me a deep appreciation for both Northern and Southern California. I love traveling and experiencing different cultures around the world, which has greatly influenced how I host and the kind of thoughtful, welcoming space I strive to create for travelers.
For over 15 years, I’ve been involved in philanthropic work in a rural village in Haiti. I run a nonprofit called Impactful Missions, dedicated to helping alleviate poverty, and I helped start a school to provide quality education to children in Fond Doux, Haiti. The Impactful Guesthouse reflects this mission, offering guests a purposeful and cozy place to relax, recharge, and enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer, while knowing their stay makes a positive impact.

Why they chose this property
I’ve lived in this quiet West LA neighborhood for over 10 years, and it’s easy to see why it feels so special. I originally chose the area for its central location and quick access to the 10 freeway, but I’ve stayed because of the peaceful, friendly community. Being right next to a neighborhood park gives the area a relaxed, family-friendly feel, and there’s ample street parking throughout. In recent years, the arrival of the Metro E Line and Ivy Station, less than a mile away, has brought exciting growth and convenience, making it even easier to enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer.
What makes this property unique
What makes our guesthouse special is its rare blend of peaceful privacy and unbeatable location. Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly West LA neighborhood, it offers a true local experience while keeping you close to the heart of the city. You’re centrally located near LA’s top destinations—including the beach, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, UCLA, and USC—and just one mile from the vibrant restaurants, shops, and entertainment of Downtown Culver City. It’s the perfect home base for exploring Los Angeles while enjoying a calm, comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
