* Bedroom 2: Trundle bed (two twins that convert into a king)

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used towels into the laundry basket in the bathroom.
You can leave the trash or throw it in the bins in *front* of main house (Reynier Ave). DON’T throw it into neighbor’s bins in the alley.
Please make sure to turn off lights, heaters, and a/c units. Make sure the front door and gate are firmly closed behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hi, I am looking forward to hosting you! Within 24 hours of booking, please send me the reason for your travels and the names of all your guests.
Please kindly remove your shoes upon entry.

The Impactful Guesthouse reflects this mission, offering guests a purposeful and cozy place to relax, recharge, and enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer, while knowing their stay makes a positive impact.

I’ve lived in this quiet West LA neighborhood for over 10 years, and it’s easy to see why it feels so special. I originally chose the area for its central location and quick access to the 10 freeway, but I’ve stayed because of the peaceful, friendly community. Being right next to a neighborhood park gives the area a relaxed, family-friendly feel, and there’s ample street parking throughout. In recent years, the arrival of the Metro E Line and Ivy Station, less than a mile away, has brought exciting growth and convenience, making it even easier to enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer.
