It is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Due to the slightly elevated position, the outdoor area offers a fantastic view of the sea. Refresh yourself in the pool, sunbathe on the loungers and enjoy the Italian atmosphere. The spacious outdoor sitting area invites you to enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air. Enjoy a glass of wine while twilight sets in the background and colors the sky in romantic tones above the sea. Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind! The nearest supermarket is 500m away and a small selection of restaurants are 1 km away and can be reached by car in 2 minutes. The sandy beach Pittulongu is 1 km or 2 minutes away by car.

In low season please inform the owner 7 days before your arrival about the use of the pool. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request, at an extra charge). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
If you wish to check in between 22.30 and 23.59, a fee will be charged. You can rent a baby cot and a high chair on site for a fee.
Instructions for recycling are given and must be followed according to the laws of the municipality.
