Located in Canyamel, a small town on the east coast of the Balearic Islands, apartment Sa Torre 001 is part of a 4-storey apartment complex with 22 units which shares an outside area and pool. It has a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (ideal for children due to its size), a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom (with a king-size bed consisting of 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV with international programs, a baby bed and a high chair. From the living room you can step out onto a private,covered terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture. Here you can dine together in the fresh air or end the evening with a glass of wine. In the communal outdoor area, which has sunbeds with sunshades, a barbecue and a shared pool with children's pool, the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten. A laundry room is available for guests on the ground floor. A supermarket is 260 metres from the accommodation and a selection of restaurants are within 100 metres. Those who long for an expansive sandy beach with crystal clear water will find Playa de Canyamel after only 250 m or a short walk. The apartment is also a perfect starting point for visiting medieval towns, the capital or the natural caves of the island.



The complex has an elevator. Parking is available on the property and in the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Private parking is 200 m from the accommodation. There is no laundry room in the common areas of the complex.
