Guest House (2 beds/2 baths): Kitchen w/dishwasher/Keurig, dining for 8, living w/fireplace/TV, office. Upper king master w/spa bath/jacuzzi; dual head shower.
Personal decks/hot tub/grill, sandy beach, boat mooring, swim raft, lawns, security cameras. No pets/smoking.
