Perfection

This property was amazing from the moment we walked in, my kids and I were wow'd. The hosts made it super easy at check in, host stopped by to make sure everything was as we hoped (great guy by the way) and everything was perfect, I mean EVERYTHING. I could really go on and on about this property but instead I encourage you to book it for your family and let it speak for itself. PS, the huge beach towels, I need a few, I will send you my address C&D

Fabulous

Nice view!!! Need a dresser in master bedroom. Claudia and Dennis were very helpful. Need a recliner. Living room furniture not so comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool and lanai was wonderful. Been coming to Florida for 12 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed.

One of the Besy

Beautiful property with well appointed kitchen including large pots for cooking Thanksgiving dinner ( we brought our own roaster). The bedrooms were spaced to be very private. Ample seating for 9 indoors and outdoors. The pool and spa we wonderful and well maintained. The house was modern and clean. Manager was responsive, friendly and easy to contact. We had not problems or property needs.

Work trip

Lovely place to stay! A group of 5 of us were on a week long work trip. It was nice to enjoy the pool after a long day. The beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Had a great time at Waterview

There were nine of us including 4 teens. The house is large and more upscale than we typically rent for family vacation. Interior appointments were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor patio area is where this house really shines. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa that overlooks the canal. We also went fishing with the provided fishing gear on the back dock and caught a couple catfish and snapper. During our stay there was a cooler and 6 beach chairs that we used on a few beaches. The host checked us in personally and did the same for check out. We paid for the electricity used ($120 for week), which was different, but I would rather do this than be limited on thermostat or spa use. The hosts were great and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 3 couples and 3 kids. Pool area was very nice spent most of our time out there. Host was very nice. Excellent view. Neighborhood was great.

Lovely home with room for everyone!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Great location with a short drive to beaches and parks. We were lucky enough to be there on New Years Eve and saw tons of fireworks both in the canal and off in the distance. Plenty of space for our family of 9. Could absolutely live here!

Amazing Stay!

We stayed for a week over spring break with two families - kids ranged in age from 4-15. The home is amazing and huge! Truthfully, the online pictures don't do it justice. There is tons of space to spread out and the view from the lanai is awesome! We spent most of our time by the pool area and the canal. Some of the fishing poles were in pretty rough shape and the property manager came by the next day to bring us new ones. He was super friendly and extremely helpful! The only negative I would mention is - the pictures show several bikes and at least two adult bikes. We were bummed that there were only two smaller kids bikes and no adult bikes in the garage. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and the home was the nicest house we have stayed at over the past 7 years of renting homes in Florida.

Photos Don’t Do Justice

It is even more beautiful, spacious, clean, and stocked than what the photos show. There wasn’t a thing missing or a way to make anything better. FULLY stocked kitchen. Games upstairs for the kids. Everything you need for a day at the beach. Plenty of space for everyone to scatter. And the perfect couch to come back together for a movie at night. House was easy to find. Incredible quiet, safe neighborhood. The view never got old. Again, nothing could have changed to make our stay better. Simply perfect!

Amazing views. Location location location

Claudia always quickly responded to my questions before my booking. First day was very easy entering the house. The house has everything you can think of. Plenty of towels, utensils , dishwasher, washer and dryer. All the bedrooms are a great size and few bathrooms had walk in showers. The living room expanded out to the outdoor dining near pool with amazing views. Utilized the pool and hot tub. The pool could use a cleaning. Dennis the property manager was very nice and responsive. Will book with Dennis and Claudia in the future for sure !!!

Excellent location & property

Our family of 4 had a great time! The check in process was easy, the house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the location. We will be back next April! Claudia and Dennis were extremely helpful and very responsive!

One word- AMAZING!

The house was beautiful- the pool and spa and lanai were beautiful. This was our first VRBO stay ever and we want to come back to this house in the future we liked it so much. Dennis the host was a super great guy! Cant say enough about our stay! 6 of us- my husband and I and our 3 sons (ages 23, 21 and 14) and one of their girlfriends- plenty of space and house was super quiet! We want to bring my parents back with us next time. We are from Minnesota and this trip in April was perfect!

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. Problems with Wi-Fi Last 2 days. Other than that, the home was just what we needed. Plenty of space and the kids were able to stay entertained. Property managers stayed in touch.
