Enjoy this unique, beautiful 5-bedroom 3-bathroom home. The large open floor plan is perfect for entertaining you while you stay.
From the moment you enter, you will be in love. Once through the front door, you have entered your private Lanai. Your eyes will draw you right to the heated pool with a hot tub. Here you have a fire pit table & seating for 6. Inside your private guest cabana, you will find a king-sized bed with a 55” flatscreen TV, a completely private bathroom & plenty of storage. The main house hosts 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a family room. Outdoor kitchen with a sink and a dishwasher. There's plenty of seating to watch TV, enjoy the gas firepit, or cook on a hibachi grill, commercial-grade stove or gas grill.

Absolutely amazing stay! We needed a place for my wedding party to stay at during our special occasion. The host and property manager were amazing to work with and always easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend this property to stay at. Between the pool, cabana and the outdoor patio it was all amazing!

The house was as listed and better. Clean and spacious with a lot of area for cooking. The back patio is awesome once you are able to find the light switch which is right in front of you.

Super cool place

Place was exactly as described, host was great at meeting our needs, went over and beyond before we even arrived….My wife, sister, daughter and her boyfriend had a great time in the house, it’s beautiful, clean, and everyone loved the mango tree by the pool, coconut trees out back and lime tree on the side….not sure if we were allowed but definitely got a few pieces of fruit off and enjoyed them by the pool….best mango ever……very well equipped, I love to cook so the 6 burner gas stove was awesome, as well as the full freezer next to the standard refrigerator…..my sister loved having me make breakfast every morning on that baby….definitely a cool place, close to everything. We hit the beach everyday, came back and enjoyed the pool and hot tub ever evening, loved it!

Another Fantastic Stay – Our Go-To Vacation Home!

This was our third time staying at this beautiful property, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The listing is 100% accurate—the photos and description matched perfectly. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival, and every space was thoughtfully maintained.All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was overly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool area was private, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor patio area with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating—it’s a great space to gather in the evenings.The neighborhood feels very safe and is in a convenient location -just a short drive to downtown Cape Coral, Walmart, Aldi & Publix- an hour to Sanibel Island, and close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with the owner and property manager was seamless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups, with more than enough room to spread out both indoors and outdoors. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a clean, spacious, and well-appointed home base in Cape Coral.

Beautiful home with issues

This not a 5 bedroom house unless you pay extra for the extra bedroom and bath.(Cabana) It’s a beautiful home but on a busy highway. Three bedrooms share one small bathroom on the main floor. . The hot tub and heated pool were wonderful until the heater broke the third day. The owner did compensate us for the problem. We had a wonderful time and it was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We loved the outside seating.

New Year's Eve Place

We had a wonderful time. A little set back that the grill didn't work, but we made due with the Blackstone griddle top. Loved the layout, very clean and tidy and well maintained. Already looking into coming back next year. Thank you.

Unexpected surprises

First, the positives! The home is very clean & well appointed. Beds & linens were quite comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Good spaces to gather everyone together for meals and game times. Property managers, were very responsive. Which brings me to some of the not so positive things: We had some maintenance issues while there. Water leaks which required a plumber to come after hours. Again, property manager and owner did respond quickly and we appreciated that. The plumber had to saw a hole in a bedroom wall and was working during our dinner and game time, but he apparently got the issue resolved. The very next day, another bigger puddle appeared in the pantry, which was believed to be connected to a recent roof replacement and AC issue. An AC guy came and determined it was a plumbing issue. It was still unresolved when we checked out. We also had an issue with the spa. It would heat but not blow bubbles. Manager was unable to resolve that during our stay. A big issue with this location that we were not aware of is that it's on a very busy street, which is noisy. But worse than that is the construction site next door. They are building an apartment complex and there was always noise and for 2 days there was the constant beeping like when a truck backs up, except it went on continuously. I do believe the owner should warn people about the construction, which will be temporary. In short, the home is lovely but the location is not ideal.

The property was awesome! It was an easy check in. The grocery store was within 10 minutes of the house and the beach within 30 minutes, plus the house had great recommendations on activities and restaurants in the area. Definitely would come back to this area! The property owner was great! Wonderful time in Florida.

We loved the back patio and the outdoor kitchen. We didn't cook inside. The home was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. Quick responses from the owner on all communication. We would love to stay again when we come back down.

Private pool is a must!

A very lovely home with a private pool. The kitchen was a dream. Unfortunately there is only one bathroom downstairs and it is shared by three bedrooms. The living room sectional is massive but the cushions move a lot so it wasn’t comfortable. It was fine though. We spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor dining table is perfect. There were lots of bugs so we were chased inside for dessert most nights. Lots of outdoor seating.

We were disappointed that the hot tube and swimming pool did not work until Monday. Also, we were under the impression that we could use everything on the patio but the refrigerator was changed up, (only for the owner use) It looked like the stove, dish washer and grill had not been used in a very long time. The inside of the home was very nice, it was a little noisy with road use. We did have a little trouble with the alarm system, but the house manager came right over and took care of that. We did have a very good time considering some problems.

Great house on very busy road

First of all, the house is beautiful and well appointed. The pool yard is very nice and private. The backyard space is really well done as well. The TV viewing area has legit surround sound and is great for movie watching. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything necessary. Having said that, the house is on a very busy road, with cars and trucks passing by at up to 50 mph. Also, across the road is a car wash. If you are out by the pool, you hear traffic constantly, because the pool yard is on the front side of the property. Thankfully, traffic noise isn’t too noticeable inside the house. In sum, we enjoyed the house, but not the location.

Wonderful host/Beautiful house

House was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Sometimes the pictures are deceiving in an unpleasant way. My 3 sisters and I were VERY impressed: house was very clean and spacious; outside spaces are designed to entertain. Host was very responsive to questions. The 4 of us each had our own room and everyone said how comfortable their beds were (including the twin). Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

Girls Getaway

Great place for our girls getaway. Everyone had their own bed which were very comfortable. Pool and spa were awesome. Loved sitting around the fire pit in the evening. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The only thing we didn’t realize was it was located on a busy main road so there was the traffic noise. Loved the property.
