The property was clean and easily accessible with modern upgrades, auto shades indoors and out, boat access, pool was warm and clean, the kids really enjoyed it. The only things that we noticed are the dishwasher & dryer were full upon check in, pool filter was full of kids toys from previous stays I assume, the pool lighting was confusing with remote did not seem to work and you must contact host to turn on hot tub which we did not use because it was in the 90’s every day. We wanted to use outdoor grill but there was an additional 100 cleaning that needed to be paid before provided access to the lock on grill, so we ordered food instead, and there were some questionable search histories on the living room television, but overall we would rent this property again.

I would explain that the grill fee was separated because of the additional cleaning and maintenance involved, rather than making it sound like an arbitrary charge. Here's a revised version: > Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback! We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the home, the warm and clean pool, boat access, modern upgrades, and especially that the kids had a great time. We also truly appreciate you saying that you would stay with us again. We apologize that the dishwasher and dryer had items in them upon your arrival, and we’ve addressed this with our cleaning team. We’ll also make sure the pool toys are better organized and that the instructions for the pool lighting are clearer. Just to clarify, guests simply need to message us whenever they would like the hot tub turned on, and we are happy to activate it for them. Regarding the outdoor grill, unfortunately we had to exclude grill use from our standard cleaning fee because cleaning the grill and outdoor kitchen after each stay became extremely time-consuming and required considerable additional cleaning. Rather than increasing the cleaning fee for every guest—including those who never use the grill—we chose to make it an optional fee only for guests who wish to use it. We do understand how important it is for this to be communicated clearly ahead of time, and we appreciate the feedback. We also appreciate you bringing the television search history to our attention. Since the televisions are used by different guests, we’ll make sure this is checked as part of our turnover process. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We would absolutely love to welcome you and your family back to Cape Coral! ❤️

Everything was absolutely impeccable ! The house was spectacular , beautiful and extremely clean . The host was very friendly , attentive and helpful. The pool was fabulous and the kitchen very complete and fully equipped with everything we needed . We had a wonderful stay and Would definitely recommend this beautiful home !!!

Amanda is a great host. So kind and responsive. The house is absolutely beautiful. It’s quiet and I loved the view. The hot tub and coffee were an added perk. It felt like home and we would definitely go back again.

This house is stunningly beautiful and extremely well equipped. The pool, hot and canal view are amazing. The dock set up is perfect and accommodating for boaters. Accommodating pets was a huge benefit and the decor, quality of appliances and technology is un-matched. Great experience
