3br/3ba On Peak 8! Walk Or Shuttle to Slopes/Ski home weather permitting

Our 2000 sq ft home is located in a quiet neighborhood on Peak 8 with easy access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Rentals to families and couples only. (Mom, Dad & minor children, college age children.) ID’s required. No adult singles. No animals under any category or species (owner has life threatening allergies) 636-728-9007. Private Hot Tub! We’re a 5-minute walk from the free shuttle stop (directly in front of the Nordic Center), followed by a 5-minute ride uphill to the Peak 8 lifts or downhill to town. We are also a within a 5 minute walk-in/walk-out distance to the 4 O’Clock Ski Run (ski in with snow levels permitting). The nearby Nordic Center is the gateway to the Cucumber Gulch nature preserve with trails for hiking in the summer and snow shoeing or Nordic skiing in the winter.
Our three bedroom and 3 bath home has ample open space and the multiple levels let you spread out! It is casual mountain furnished to make your vacation comfortable as well as memorable. Main level has well-equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for 6 + 3 counter bar stools and living room with mountain views through the pine forest.

Outside is the deck with hot tub and large gas grill and a lower patio. Enjoy sunny views of Baldy Mountain through the pines while you soak in the hot tub or just lounge & enjoy the scenery - all from our very private deck.
Upstairs has master bedroom suite with mountain views, a Memory Foam king-size bed, cable TV and bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and soaking tub.
The spacious and cozy hearth room has a gas fireplace, cable TV. The family room is furnished with a sectional sofa. This level has a full bath with shower.
The lower level has two bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. In between is a Jack and Jill full bath with shower/tub and double sinks.
Cable TV in living room, hearth room, master bedroom and one other bedroom. Full size washer/dryer are available on the lower level.
The house is equipped with free, wireless High-Speed internet (bring your own computer). In the loft outside the master suite is a desk for working.
The 2-car garage is furnished with boot drying racks for 6 sets of ski boots (wake up to warm dry boots) and ski racks. There is a pack-n-play, highchair, books, puzzles and games for families.

This house is located in Park Forest Estates subdivision in the Town of Breckenridge, Colorado. The Breckenridge area offers winter and summer fun! Access to world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, hiking, cycling, fly fishing on the Blue River, boat/kayak, canoe rentals on nearby Dillon Reservoir, shopping in historical downtown Breckenridge, free shuttle service to ski areas and towns in Summit County and more…..
This is our mountain retreat home and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Rules/Rental Conditions: NO SMOKING (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes (flame less), joints, pipes, etc). NO animals of any kind. No day or night guest visitors or day skier parking. Parking is only for registered overnight guests only. All names & ages of renter and all guests and legal address of primary renter must be provided for rental contract preparation. Primary renter must sign rental contract and waiver thru Docusign - Rental is contingent on primary renter completing contract, signing and making all payments. Absolute Max # occupants of any age - total (day or overnight) is 6. Call owner to discuss your group. Rentals to singles is cancelled for now. Minimum rental age is 28. No college student rentals. No rentals to party groups (i.e., bachelor, family reunions, bachelorette, wedding, fraternity, sorority, 15 passenger vans, RVs, Van RV, trailers, ATV’s, motorcycles, UTVs/Gators, snowmobiles, etc). If you need a 15 passenger van we cannot rent to you. Exterior Security cameras on-site.
