The first sentence of the review is not very nice, we would like to ask you to read all other reviews before you get a bad impression. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures in the ad. It's true that on the day the customer arrived, we had a problem with the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, a sheetrock board was soaked through and fell down and the bedroom was therefore unusable. Unfortunately, we were not able to remedy the situation on the same day as we only noticed this at 7 a.m. on the day of arrival. This was due to a leak on a cover on the glass wall by the pool where the silicone had partially dissolved due to the heat. The pool could be used from the next day and wasn't green but a bit cloudy. As the guest described, this did not result in any damage to health, since this pool is not cleaned with chemicals but with UV ozone. However, we are still puzzling over who were the experts who said the house was unusable. We are very sorry the guest had this issue and hope you have better luck with your next booking. We thank the guests for their rating and objectivity

Il y a 10 nouvelles chaises longues dans la villa. -Parfait mis à part du manque d'un coin « cosi » au Rez et à l'extérieur- Vous avez raison, j'ai transmis cela au propriétaire et nous allons acheter quelque chose de confortable et créer un espace Cosi J'espère que nous pourrons bientôt vous accueillir à nouveau parmi nos invités Salutations Jacky Sidel

I just want to say 2 things so that it won't be misunderstood by future guests. The air conditioning is just an extra included in the house and we don't offer it in the Advertisement because we don't manage the maintenance, so if it works it's great and if it doesn't it can't be complained about. Of course we forwarded the information to the owner. Then on to the grills, after you messaged me that you couldn't find the grill I asked and would have sent you a grill but you said no problem.
