On the lower level there is the spacious living and dining area with an open life style brand kitchen, a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the large terrace and a guest bathroom. The living area is connected to the over 200m2 outdoor area via floor-to-ceiling, wide-opening windows. This smooth transition creates a generous spatial concept and feeling that conveys a typical Canarian lifestyle. The outdoor area is bordered on two sides by small subtropical gardens and towards the ocean by a fantastic, heated infinity pool measuring 15x4m (optional service).
