Living space

The first floor is open and generous, anchored by a family room with soaring ceilings that give the entire space an airy, expansive feel. A dedicated dining area sits alongside a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle - everything you need to cook full meals or just get the morning started. A half bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer round out the first level, adding everyday convenience without the hassle.

 

Outdoor living

Floor-to-ceiling doors open directly onto a covered patio fitted with a summer kitchen - complete with a BBQ grill, hood, and sink - making outdoor meals and evening gatherings easy and enjoyable. Additional outdoor furniture and a backyard area extend your living space beyond the walls, giving the whole group somewhere to decompress after a long day.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The second floor is dedicated entirely to sleeping and unwinding. The primary suite features a king bed and opens onto a private balcony furnished with two chaise lounges - a quiet spot to start the morning or wind down before bed. A second king suite offers hotel-style comfort, and a third suite with two twin beds provides a solid setup for additional guests. Room-darkening shades in all rooms mean no early sunrise interruptions.

 

Bathrooms

Three and a half bathrooms serve the home, with the primary suite offering its own private bath. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, and the home is equipped with hot water throughout.

 

Resort amenities

This townhome sits within Magic Village, a gated resort community. Amenities - including a heated pool, fitness center, on-site dining, playroom, and 24-hour concierge services - are available for an additional fee of $100 per day, requested at the front desk, with wristbands provided upon payment.

 

Getting around

Walt Disney World is approximately 6 miles away (around 15 minutes by car), Disney Springs about 9 miles (20 minutes), Universal Studios Orlando roughly 20 miles (30 minutes), and SeaWorld Orlando around 16 miles (25 minutes). Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away - around a 35-minute drive.

 

Good to know

The home is set up for self check-in via smart lock, with check-in available from 4:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM. A starter supply of essentials is provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays may require additional supplies. Free street parking is available, and the home is suitable for long-term stays of 28 days or more.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Access to amenities is not included. If desired, it may be requested at the front desk for a fee of $100 per day. Wristbands will be provided.
