Third year staying at Belles Villa and just as amazing!

Third time staying at Belles Villa and another amazing trip. Easy travel to parks making midday breaks easy. We spend just as much time relaxing at the pools and townhome. Super clean, lots of extra amenities, kids love the themed rooms. Sarah has great communication and available. We love this place.

A perfect stay for our first Disney trip

We had a fantastic stay at Belle's villa and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kids absolutely loved the waffle maker, and the incredible artwork on their room! The location was ideal—just around 20 minutes to the Disney parks (even with the Easter traffic on the I-192) and about 40 minutes to Universal, which made getting around really easy. Having Walmart within walking distance was incredibly convenient too. The private pool was a real highlight for our family. It was well maintained and the safety features gave us real peace of mind with young children, which made a big difference. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great property. Highly recommended!

Comfortable Stay Near Disney

We had a wonderful stay at Belle’s Villa. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Sarah is an excellent host, her home is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much as did our children and grandchildren. It was a magical 2 weeks. Would go back again in a heartbeat. My 4 year old grandson called it Disney, kept telling his parents he wanted to go back to Disney. Sarah was very quick to answer our questions and concerns. A pleasure to work with. Immaculately Clean and Wonderfully Themed

Our stay was amazing from the moment we arrived. The home was extremely clean and so well maintained; honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. Every Disney touch was perfectly themed and added so much magic to our trip. The double stroller was a huge bonus — it was perfect for the parks and saved us from having to rent one. The host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home, would definitely stay there again!

This home is very clean & well maintained. It has plenty of cutlery, dishes, pots & pans. They also supply plenty of towels. Close to a large Walmart and close to Disney parks. The pool alarm was easy to navigate. The pool was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & felt right at home. It’s a gated resort, everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We felt very safe. We would definitely stay at this home again.

3rd stay at Belle’s Villa

This is our 3rd stay at Belle’s Villa, we couldn’t recommend enough how fabulous our stay was and how helpful the hosts are and welcoming to us. We couldn’t fault the villa, it’s absolutely perfect in every way with little extras thrown in, that you don’t get in other villas. The villa is also in a perfect location to the Disney parks, being so close. We will be coming back next year again, it’s a home from home.

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owner. The house is so well kept ,beautiful new flooring, kitchen with everything you need and well stocked. This was our second time staying here as we loved it so much the first time. The kids love all the themed rooms. Sarah is a great host that has thought of every detail and quick to respond if you should have any questions. Nice, clean home. A big thank you to Sarah, Belles Villa is so welcoming, with the full Disney magic feel. Our 6 year old wanted to go where the magic is and Belles Villa definitely lived up to this. It was a wonderful place to have relaxing days away from Disney parks (that are only 10 mins away). Everything you could possibly need in the villa to make it the most comfortable stay, the waffle machine was also a big hit! Would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Belles Villa and have already shared with friends and work colleagues.

My family and I stayed at Belle’s Villa for the second year in a row in April. Once again we found the property to be very well maintained. Easy check-in and super responsive host. Magical Stay

Belle's Villa near Disney was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the parks, yet peaceful and relaxing. Exceptional experience

The property is in a perfect location for all things central Florida. Very convenient for Disney but also so much more. Spotlessly clean, excellent communication and all the amenities make those the perfect location.

Our family has always loved visiting Florida — the sunshine, the excitement, and the magic of Disney never get old. But in 2020, we discovered Windsor Hills, and it completely captured our hearts. The moment we drove through the gates, we knew this was somewhere special.

We chose this property because it had everything we were looking for: a safe, gated community, incredible resort-style amenities, and an unbeatable location just minutes from Walt Disney World.
