This spacious, lovingly furnished apartment—perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life—overlooks the Hohwiesen and features a balcony with a magnificent view of the countryside. The apartment is furnished with solid wood furniture and has a very cozy feel. With a 40-inch flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a Nespresso machine, it offers every comfort. From the entryway, you enter the spacious bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen-living area is equipped with a large dining table, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave; this is where the third bed is located, and an extra bed for a fourth person (child aged 15) could be added. The apartment features a bathroom with a rain shower, as well as a separate toilet. Treat yourself to a gourmet breakfast featuring many homemade products and regional delicacies. There’s plenty to experience and discover on the farm for young and old alike. The animals—Lisa the pony, Moritz the house cat, lionhead rabbits and baby rabbits, chickens, ducks, Susi the pet pig, and the turtles—love to be petted. Many vehicles, including a Bobby Car and a tractor, are available for the children to use. In the lovingly designed garden, there are many spots where you can experience and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere with all your senses. A 30% deposit may be charged after booking. Please transfer the remaining balance 2 weeks before your arrival. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Information regarding key pickup will be provided on-site. Pets allowed upon request; one dog costs 10 euros per day (food not included); a security deposit may be required in case of messes. A tourist tax of 2.70 EUR per person/night will be charged separately on site. Meals: You can book breakfast on site for 14 euros per person—excluding the 30-euro final cleaning fee.
