In the complex: sauna, solarium (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking, communal covered parking. Grocery 500 m, bus stop 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 1 km, ski lift 12 km, ski bus stop 1 km, ski school 12 km, cross country ski track 7 km, ice rink 2 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seefeld 12 km, Hochötz 25 km. Please note: Property ref. AT6410.305 is situated on the same property. Indoor pool, sauna and solarium in the main house.
