^No laundry on site. There are laundromats nearby if needed.

^Guest Number:
Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside house. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.

^Pets:
If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $135 pet fee, per pet. No cats. Max 2 pets only if under 30lbs. Please be sure to read Pet Rules in the House Rules section. There is a dog bed on the closet shelf in the bedroom closest to front of house.

^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $50.

^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided, along with extra toothbrushes and razors in case you forget them! However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish paper products.

^We are high & dry in a non-flood zone and as such there will be no modifications or cancellations allowed outside of the free cancellation period, regardless of weather or hurricanes. If you are concerned or want to be protected, please purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.

House Rules:
-No smoking in or near the house ($1000 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt found laying on the ground. No illegal substances.
-No moving/rearranging furniture ($500 fine)
-Keep all doors locked at all times
-Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Booking guest must be staying at the property
-Security cameras, including doorbell camera, are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out

Pet Rules:
-Pet fee, per pet ($135) No cats allowed. If large dog, only one allowed. If under 20 lbs, 2 max. No aggressive or guard dog breeds. If you instant book and do not meet this criteria, you will be required to cancel the booking from (your) guest end and will receive a full refund (if done at the time of booking). If you do not provide this information when asked, and it comes out later, your reservation will be cancelled and refunds will only be granted in accordance with the cancellation policy of your booking. No exceptions.
-Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods of time
-Absolutely no pets on any furniture (any damage, cleaning, discoloration, or other invoices received by cleaning company resulting from violating this rule will be billed to guest. If furniture or other items are damaged beyond repair guest will be billed up to a max amount equal to the replacement cost of the item)
-If your pet is barking or otherwise being a nuisance to others in the building, you will get one warning. On the second complaint you will be required to remove the pet or vacate the premises. You will forfeit the remainder of your stay and will not receive a refund.
-Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine)

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
