My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this property. A true gem. The host was outstanding and accommodated our needs with an early check in and an extended stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this property.

Exactly as advertised, comfortable, spacious and clean with all necessary essentials. Check in process was easy and the host was very kind and considerate. It was a wonderful traveling experience staying here.

What an amazing place, Eric was a great host and made the process so smooth. I was very pleased with everything about the property the beds were incredibly comfortable and the outdoor space came in clutch with the kids. The property is also located directly across the street from a playground which was a very nice plus. I would highly recommend this place and will be back very soon for another stay. Thank you Eric!

The property is beautiful, clean and ideally located within walking distance from the beach. Our host, Eric was amazing and very accommodating and considerate with allowing us to unexpectedly extend our stay due to weather conditions.

Eric was wonderful to work with to book this stay. He’s super flexible and accommodating. The unit is very cute - great for couples. Very close to the beach and I appreciated the beach gear being available onsite.

Wonderful and accurate listing. The host was attentive to our needs and provided prompt responses. Our stay was extended an additional two days during the busy Labor Day weekend seamlessly. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including the delicious coffee. Beach chairs were an added plus. Laundromat is right around the corner and grocery store located nearby. Neighbors very kind and a great community and stay overall. Would definitely recommend this property to future guests.

Everything was perfect. Great location, great communication with the owner, nice aesthetics, very clean and well stocked. It was exactly what we needed for a getaway down the shore. There’s a playground right across the street so if you have young kids, between that and boardwalk just a couple blocks away, this is a gem!

I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a getaway. The property was immaculate. The host was unbelievably reasonable, friendly, and more than compensating and willing to work with us as guests. The host provided above and beyond what I expected right down to having a full rack of K cups for the week along with a full set of bath towels for our weeks stay. The place was decorated perfectly for the shore and really had the feel of home. We ultimately extended our stay an additional week two days into our first week. I look forward to visiting this property again in the future.

Without a doubt worth a 5 star review. The property is scenic and very clean. It’s a cozy beach atmosphere with spacious and clean rooms. Ample space. The kitchen is large enough that we were able to prepare several meals without any difficulties. The living room was comfortable and spacious that we were able to enjoy our evenings in. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting. The host was extremely accommodating and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better stay or accommodations.

Great location. Very clean.My only negatives would be, bedrooms have no curtains and very bright in the a.m.We also didn't care for the microwave on top of the refrigerator, since we aren't very tall and used it each morning to heat water for tea. We also noticed, no large bowl for mixing or a colander but, overall Really Enjoyed our stay!
