Holiday house with two separate apartments
Enjoy a leisurely holiday here. The beach with crystal clear water is just a 3-minute walk away, 150 metres. The house consists of an apartment for 5-6 people on the ground floor and a further apartment for 6-7 people on the upper floor.
The house offers plenty of space and large terraces with a sea and mountain view. It can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably – ideal for a holiday with acquaintances and friends. There are many supermarkets and other shops nearby for self-catering.
You can park in the courtyard.
Both apartments are tastefully and functionally furnished, so that you will feel at home on holiday.
The accommodation enjoys a quiet but central location. You can swim at the nearby beach and enjoy the day, or go on a stroll to the nearby shops, restaurants and cafés. It is easy to get to the beautiful Paklenica and Krka national parks by car (ca. 60 and 100km).
This flat with a living space of approx. 90 m² is located on the upper floor and is suitable for 6-7 people. It offers you 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all three with double beds 200x180 and an additional single bed 200x90. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: there are two cookers, an electric oven and a gas cooker, a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, pizza pan and plenty of crockery. Next to the kitchen there is an anteroom with a table for playing chess and cards. There is a television especially for children, so parents can watch their TV programme undisturbed on the large terrace. There is also a shower-bathroom with washing machine, toilet and an extra guest toilet.
The accommodation is particularly characterised by its large terrace of 30 square metres. This can be locked and is equipped with external sun blinds.
