Relax by the private pool or take the free resort tram to the beach in minutes. Guests enjoy access to pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, and more. A one-time $50 resort fee covers parking, beach access, security, wristbands, and most amenities. Minimum booking age is 25.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start one load of towels in the washing machine (You do not need to wait for it to finish).
Return any beach chairs or beach items to their original place.
Please return all wristbands back in the designated bowl.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo is very large with spacious rooms and very tastefully decorated. It also has some fun beach toys we could use, loved it! The host was very communicative and we had NO issues from booking to leaving. Will 100% stay again!
