The village is just over the river from the forest and the town and we are situated at the edge of the village next to a working farm.

What makes this property unique

This is a modern home in a residential area with easy acces to the forest, Fontainebleau and the major attractions of the region. The house is practically at the edge of the village close to a working farm. The house is on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest ten minutes by car to the Fontainebleau-Avon train station. Close to a biking trail and with easy access to a number of local tourist attractions, Fontainebleau palace, Vaux le Vicompte castle, Blandy Les Tours, medieval Provins, Barbizon, Chateau-Landon, Moret sur Loing and Nemours amonst others. The outside terrace is sheltered under oak trees and has its own private parking spaces.
