Welcome to Peaceful, Easy Feeling – A 1930s Riverside Retreat on the New River & Trail located in Fries, VA. Ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers.

The New River Trail: Step right onto the 57-mile trail for hiking, biking, or horseback riding.

The New River: Just outside your door, enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, or simply relaxing by the water.

Outdoor Spaces: A back deck perfect for wildlife watching and stargazing, and a classic front porch for morning coffee and relaxation.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels and sheets in laundry room/utility room hampers. Turn all lights off. Wash any used Dishes. Do not leave any water running.
Please place all trash into a garbage bag and place in the trash bin located across the New River Trail in the wooden bins. Thermostat: Summer: Air - 79. Winter: Heat - 65.
Push and hold "kwik set" button on top of lock, to lock each door. Please be sure to pull on the door to make sure it latches and locks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All outdoor activities should be performed at your own risk. (Swimming, Biking, Tubing, Kayaking, etc)
