This comfortable holiday apartment is on the second floor of a residential house, in a quiet residential area and near the beach.
The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed (180cm wide) and a bedroom with a single bed (90cm wide). One of the bedrooms has an air conditioning unit. One of the bedrooms also has a TV. The kitchen provides a coffee machine, fridge, oven, stove, 20-litre freezer and seating. The bathroom has a bath. The toilet is in a separate room.
The apartment has a large balcony with a view of the sea, which also has seating. You can park your car in the courtyard belonging to the house. There are further parking spaces on the street.
The owner lives on the ground floor and first floor of the house.
The apartment is about 300 metres from the beach and about 1.5km from the town centre of Crikvenica. The nearest supermarket is also around 1.5km away.
