Come enjoy a peaceful getaway in this newly built luxury home located in the gated Encanto resort community.. There are spectacular red rock views right out the door. You will have access to the private community pool/spa, pickleball courts, and gym. Enjoy rock mountain views during the day and then relax under the sky full of stars at night!

The interior of this pleasant house features a modern minimalistic style. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light to enter the home and show the beautiful red rocks on full display. The motorized privacy blinds do a good job of blocking out the light when it's time to sleep. There are three bedrooms all with king beds and TVs.

Enjoy the modern kitchen and appliances with ample counter space. The kitchen contains everything you might need, including an oven, fridge, freezer, reverse osmosis water filtered faucet, coffee machine (2 kinds), dishwasher, blender, and even an air fryer. The spacious living room area has a wide couch and two chairs in front of a 75" TV.

The back porch of the home has a fire pit and several chairs to sit and admire the scenery. This house in one of a kind in this neighborhood in that it has a misting system that can help you stay cool on hot days.

Encanto is a great neighborhood with great views, beautiful houses, and it has nice amenities like the pool, hot tub, gym, and pickleball/basketball court.

What makes this property unique

Spacious, modern, great views. We have a misting machine on the back porch that can spray mist on hot summer days (no other house in the neighborhood has this to my knowledge). We also have a reverse osmosis water faucet that dispenses extra clean water.
