This peaceful two-bedroom cabin offers a quiet and comfortable place to relax, work remotely and reconnect with nature. While tucked deeper into the trees for extra privacy, it is part of the same beautiful jungle property that features the river, the Tiki Hut and shared natural areas. Wake up to jungle sounds, enjoy coffee on your terrace, and fall asleep to the rhythm of nature. This is the kind of place where your body slows down and your mind finally gets some space.
Remote work & internet.
Even in the middle of the rainforest, you will enjoy high-speed, low-latency internet that works well for Zoom calls, remote work and streaming. Many guests choose this cabin for longer stays and work-from-the-jungle experiences.
There is no TV, because this retreat is designed for people who come to relax, focus, read, write and enjoy nature.

The cabin has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, making it ideal for couples, friends or small families who appreciate peace and quiet.

Guests of Cabin 2 enjoy access to the Ginger Retreat grounds, including the beautiful Tiki Hut by the river — a favorite spot for reading, relaxing or enjoying a quiet meal surrounded by jungle and flowing water. The property is spread over lush tropical land, giving each cabin privacy while sharing the same peaceful environment.
Location
The retreat is located approximately 30 minutes from Quepos and about 40 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park and nearby beaches. The final part of the road is gravel, which helps keep the area quiet, green and free from traffic. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for comfort and peace of mind.

We are Denn and Sheyla, a couple who has been happily married for over 30 years. Denn is originally from the United States and Sheyla is Costa Rican, born and raised in this region, so together we bring both international hospitality and deep local knowledge.
We have hosted guests in Costa Rica and the United States, and what matters most to us is that people feel truly welcome, comfortable and cared for. We love creating places where guests can relax, feel at home, and enjoy meaningful time in beautiful surroundings.
