The vacation rental (102 square meters) is located on the upper floor and offers spacious rooms with high-end amenities. Living room (25 square meters) with color TV, radio with CD and cassette player, phone, Wi-Fi, a 14.3-square-meter kitchen with a kitchenette and dishwasher, a 20-square-meter children’s room (attic) with its own 5-square-meter bathroom, a 18.5-square-meter bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, a 6.8-square-meter bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, a 6.3-square-meter entryway with a coat rack and shoe cabinet, and a 6.4-square-meter covered balcony with furniture. The children’s room is located above the apartment. Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the base price. Electricity and water consumption as per meter; first-day flat rate: 25.00 EUR. Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM; please call to arrange later check-in. Check-out is requested by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided upon request. A bread delivery service is available Monday through Friday. Use of the washer and dryer is available for a fee of 4 EUR each.
