Thank you for bringing these details to our attention! We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconveniences during your stay. We'll absolutely look into upgrading the porch light for better visibility of the lockbox. We're also scheduling a plumber to address the bathroom sink drainage issue right away. As for the electric fireplace remote, sounds like the remote needed batteries. We will get those replaced ASAP. Your experience matters to us, and we're committed to making these improvements. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you think of anything else we can help with.
