The independent holiday home is situated in a very sunny position with a panoramic view over the Candigliano river valley. At the same time you can admire the panorama of the Furlo Gorge and the three Apennine mountains, Monte Catria, Petrano and Nero.

The holiday villa consists of two independent living units. On the ground floor there are about 80 square metres with 4+2 beds. Deck chairs, parasols and a gazebo with table and chairs invite you to linger. The pool is open from June to September.

The house is accessed via a private driveway. Here, away from the other houses, you can spend your holiday in complete relaxation, in a quiet and restful atmosphere.

The nearest village is Acqualagna. It is about 3 km away and lies at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level, above the valley.
