Ski-on/Ski-off 2 Bedroom Condo w/ Laundry
This 2-bedroom 850sqft corner unit (Mountainside building #1) is steps from the trails with ski-on/ski-off access. 3 minute walk to Mountainside ski shop, <200 yards to Out to Lunch trail, or 10 minute walk to village gate/base via the village.
Sleeps five: a Queen bed in the main bedroom, a bunk-bed (Queen on the bottom, Twin XL top) in the second. Plus a sleeper sofa.

The space
Main Bedroom - has a queen bed (Casper mattress), TV (Roku), its own balcony and black-out shades. While the unit itself is on the 2nd floor of 3, this main bedroom does not have any units above it.
Guest Bedroom - has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin extra-long on the top, TV (Roku) and black-out shades.
The Living Room - has a sitting area with seating for 4, a dining area with seating for 5, and bar seating for 2 facing the kitchen. There's a TV (Roku), a Marshall bluetooth speaker and ample board games & puzzles. Internet speed 1 gig/s. There's also a Coway HEPA air filter. The balcony has a table w/ seating for 4 w/ views of Spring Fling and Lower Snowball trails.
Kitchen - is stocked with a full set of pots and pans, spices/oils/vinegars which cover most needs and coffee options - Nespresso machine (OL; pods provided), pour-over brewer (w/ goose-neck kettle), and a traditional drip machine as well as a coffee grinder. There is an electric stove, full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher.
Heating - living room includes a gas fireplace and a propane-based Rinnai heater as well as electric base-board. Bedrooms & bathroom have electric base-boards.
Ski-related - entrance way has a built-in bench for getting on boots, ample hooks/hangers for drying out gear, and a Dry Guy boot & glove machine for drying & warming gear. Mountainside Ski shop is a short walk away in Mountainside Building #2 with fast turn-around tuning and waxing services, as well as retail (including boot fitting) and rentals.
