Inside, guests find a perfect blend of comfort with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 3 twin beds spread across spacious rooms complete with high speed wifi and smart TV's in each of the bedrooms, game-room and living room. Four bathrooms offer soothing showers and handy hair dryers to make mornings easy while one of the bathrooms on each level are combination shower/tubs. Fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home including a Keurig coffee maker. The house stays cozy year-round with heating and AC. This tranquil retreat invites guests to relax and unwind in front of the fireplace after a day of adventure. Wonderful large game room with pool and poker table with Arcade game. Large inviting deck complete with commercial grill and a hot tub overlooking the lights of downtown Gatlinburg makes you feel right at home. I absolutely love the whole entire weekend. Me and my group got to have there. It was such a beautiful and relaxing house. The view is absolutely taken all the amenities accomplished the house like the hot tub the poker table the pool table as well just so amazing we absolutely love it. We can’t wait to come back as soon as possible staying at you’re wonderful. Amazing home.

We have stayed in dozens of homes above Gatlinburg. This one, by far, is in our top 10 for cleanliness and its appealing floor plan. It has 1 primary ensuite on EACH level with an additional bedroom on each level. It allowed 4 couples to each have their own designated bathroom. It is so convenient to downtown (less than 1 mile) yet private enough to enjoy an extended stay. The game room downstairs is a great addition as well as the separate hot tub area with a roof for privacy from the houses up the hill. The walls of windows throughout the common areas offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. The kitchen is well appointed with all the items one would need along with abundant seating. The 6 reclining seats in the living area were quite comfortable as well as the beds. It has a beautiful and updated interior which makes you feel at home. We will definitely return to this vacation dream home.

Currently we have two properties one in the Mts and one at Gulf Shores AL at the beach so we the best of both worlds we feel like it. We enjoy traveling and spending time with grand and great grandkids.
