Ruhig und idyllisch gelegen

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, ein sauberes Objekt sowie in Küche und Bad alles ausreichend vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Der zusätzlich vermittelte Kontakt vor Ort war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Danke nochmals dafür. Wir konnten die Ruhe im Haus bzw auch im Ort vollumfänglich genießen.

Tolles Haus für 3 Generationen

Sehr schönes Haus in toller landschaftlicher Lage. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie von 6 Monate bis 87 Jahren dort und es waren alle sehr begeistert. Dass die ältere Generation ihren eigenen Bereich in der oberen Wohnung auch mal zum Zurückziehen hatte, war sehr praktisch. Unten spielte das Leben. Für 7 Personen optimal. Claudia

Wunderschönes Haus in idyllischem Dorf

Wir haben mit zwei Familien inkl. drei Kindern (zwischen 4 Jahren und 9 Monaten) ein paar schöne Tage dort verbracht. Kirstin hatte vorab sehr nett mit uns kommuniziert. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet und die zwei separaten Wohnungen waren sehr praktisch für uns - super ausgestattete Küchen, zahlreiche Schlafmöglichkeiten, drei Bäder, viele Kinderspiele und -bücher und sehr viel Platz im Haus. Fergitz ist ein schönes kleines Dorf in einer sehr idyllischen Ecke der Uckermark. Die Lage in Laufnähe zum See ist wirklich toll. Zwei Nachteile hatte die Wohnung für uns: Es gibt keine Insektengitter an den Fenstern. Das fanden wir im Sommer bei der Seenähe störend. Als wir ankamen war das Haus leider voller Mücken (und Fliegen), die Wohnung oben war auch sehr warm. Wir haben uns aber aufgrund der fehlenden Insektengitter kaum getraut abends/nachts mal länger zu lüften. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und naturbelassen. Mit kleinen Kindern war es eher eingeschränkt nutzbar, da es nur einen kleines Stück Rasen gibt. Da sollte man keine falschen Erwartungen haben, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Die Terrasse ist aber sehr schön zum gemeinsamen Essen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Gastgeberin und ein tolles Haus

Es war alles TipTop. Lediglich die ungemähte Wiese hat uns ein Strich durch das Boule spielen gemacht8, aber sicherlich die Insekten gefreut). Fliegen, Mücken und viele andere Insekten sind schon ziemlich heftig/nervig gewesen, aber das liegt eben am Hochsommer und der wunderschönen unberührten Natur in der Umgebung. Die Umgebung ist einfach nur herrlich.
