First, let me say that the owner’s management company was extremely responsive and did try to help. When we arrived, all of the deck furniture was inside the condo. I realize that it was due to a potential hurricane hit but there was ample time for management to return this to the deck and clean all of the sand off of the floor. The condo was dirty! I took pictures of chips under the table and dirt/dust all over the floor, furniture, and kitchen. I ended up cleaning the entire place the first night. The tvs were not hooked up to internet, etc. When I contacted management, she stated that a new service was being installed and they were the ones that made the place dirty. My husband is IT and got the tvs working as much as he could. Internet was out at least 50-65% of the time we were there even with everything he did to diagnose the problem. Even the internet techs that came out agreed with my husband. AND the main TV was horrendous! The picture was mostly red and blue. After management saw a picture that I sent her, she said that a new one was ordered. It did not show up while we were there. The king beds were comfortable but the two full beds in the back bedroom need replaced. Lastly, do not leave the condo on the last morning without someone stating behind while you pack the car. The code did not work at 8:15 even though check-out is at 9. Luckily, my 84 year old mother was still in the condo and could let us in. We will definitely not rent this place again.
