Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would return! Owner’s communication was great. Condo was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. The property is older but you can tell the upkeep is a top priority. Clean, safe, fun environment. Great amenities.

This unit is nicely decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. The mostly shaded balcony with great sunrise and Gulf views was a plus . The owner is very friendly and communicates very well.

Much older resort than expected... however, the unit was immaculate. You can tell this is Charlotte's home and she loves it. The finishes and furnishings she's used are so nice. It was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again.

Great vacation, but rowdy crowds

The room was very clean and very big. We enjoyed staying at this property but will not be returning next year. Several nights we had teens & children ringing our door bell and even banging on our door for several hours which woke our baby up. We hadn’t had this issue at other condos. Not sure what the condo owners could do about this issue as it’s really on the parents, but nonetheless a good warning for anyone with littles trying to sleep. There is plenty of good things about this condo such as the kiddie pool 2 adult pools and Tiki bar that serves food. These were huge plus’ when staying here.

Would stay again

Everything was clean, freshly renovated, and the check in process was easy. Charlotte was great at communicating and answering any questions I had for her. Very affordable and worth the price. Stay here if you’re looking for a quick getaway and a good time.

Definitely would stay again!

Charolette was awesome to work with! She called to check in and make sure everything was ok. Condo was clean and view was amazing! Beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you for a great week!!

We came down for a sisters day get away and could not have ask for a better place. Management was great. It was in a great location. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay, great host.

Our experience with this condo was wonderful! The host was exceptional and would respond quickly when we had a question. The lock on our door wouldn’t accept the code and we got locked out a few times, but the host sent maintenance to replace it ASAP. I only have a 4 star for cleanliness just because the floors were dirty and made our feet black, but that was all. We loved the view, plenty of places to store our food, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans were there, they even had beach towels and some swim items on the porch! Make sure if you stay to type in Regency Towers(this is where condo is located) on your gps otherwise the address may try to take you somewhere else. This has been my favorite place to stay. They have a heated pool, regular pool, hot tub, and kiddy pool, plus swings outside and benches, a place to grill out, work out room, a restaurant, and it’s a gated place!! Highly recommend staying here!

Quick getaway from work

At last minute my best friend with her family and myself decided to go away for a few days and have a staycation. This was the best option instead of a hotel. Great place to stay.

Excellent location and nice condo

Very good location and nice condo! Room is clean and comfortable. But it would be better that you bring something like the dishwasher detergent and garbage bags .

Great View Condo

We absolutely loved this condo & its amenities. We came down for the Thunder Beach BikeRally & had a great time. Location was great. Ms. Charlotte, the owner, was a Super host. We were super excited that it had a big balcony to chill & see the beach & miles of Thomas Drive & a Keruig for coffee in the mornings. The Checkin& Checkout were easy. Will definitely consider staying here in the future. Thanks, Hollie

Great property

The pools and poolside services were nice for drinks and food. I really liked the umbrella covered lounges poolside, also. It made it enjoyable for those of us who aren't exactly sun lovers. The pools were heated (even in september) and are open til 11 pm during peak season so we had more time to enjoy. The property is an older establishment but grounds were well kept. Our room was Eastern facing so no full on beach view but at least we got great sunrises.
